Do I need to be in shape first?
Absolutely not! Most of you are reading this right now because you want to be in better shape. That’s exactly why we’re here – to help you achieve your health and fitness goals. So no matter what your current fitness level is, you can start with one of our group classes and be well on your way to the “shape” you want to be in. Group classes provide a great support network of knowledgeable coaches and like minded members.
Do you only offer CrossFit?
No. We started as a CrossFit gym and have evolved to be much more. Yes, we offer some of the best CrossFit around, but have learned over the past 10+ years that while CrossFit can be for anyone, it isn’t.
