 24/7 Open Gym

This is America, right? At Olympus, you have the freedom to train however you want, whenever you want. No class, no trainers or coaches, just a gym with the right equipment for you to get after it! Our mission is to provide The Valley with a world-class fitness facility that can be used ANYTIME for ANY WORKOUT by ANYONE.

 CrossFit

Done in a group setting, participants are exposed to a wide variety of movements with a focus on proper body mechanics. Initially we focus on movement quality rather than intensity, but… the workouts are not just for beginners. Like all of our classes, these workouts can be scaled or ramped up to meet any fitness level. Every day presents a new challenging combination of barbell, dumbbell, kettlebell, gymnastics, and cardio movements guaranteed to push your fitness to the next level – resulting in a stronger, faster, and leaner you!

 Kettlebells with KT

Open to All FITNESS LEVELS and is a kettlebell conditioning based workout. All workouts can be tailored from beginner level to advanced kettlebell movements. Workout will also include body-weight, barbell, and circuit training skills. We strongly emphasize proper technique and skill

 Yoga Flow

A breath to movement sequence that opens, stretches, and lengthens the body. This practice allows you to calm your mind while strengthening and stretching the body. All levels welcome.

 Power Yoga

This practice includes traditional yoga postures while creating energy and heat within the body as we incorporate strengthening moves such as push ups, planks, and lunges. All levels welcome.

 High Fitness

High Fitness is a hardcore fun fitness class that incorporates interval training with music you love and intense easy to follow choreography. This class produces a high caloric burn and full body toning through its carefully formulated choreography that alternates between intense cardio peaks and toning tracks.

 Sweat Fitness

Cardio- and core-intensive workouts that don’t require prior weightlifting experience but do require willingness to work hard!

  • 5 Training days/week
  • 40-60 Minute sessions
  • Includes lots of Conditioning Work, Lighter Weights, Higher Reps and

Core Work all mixed together!

 Olympic Lifting

A 3 day per week, high volume training program specifically designed to help
you increase your overall strength and Olympic lifts.

  • 30-40 min training sessions
  • Advanced format
  • 4 Week Long Cycle

 Calorie Killer

The name says it all! A 45-minute group class where the objective is to burn as many calories as possible. Minimal to no weight, functional movements like air squats, burpees, thrusters, etc. Heart Rate monitors recommended!

  • 2 Training days a week
  • 40-60 minute training sessions
  • Improve endurance and burn fat (so you can have all the ice cream tonight)

 Turn Up

Turn Up Dance Fitness is unlike any dance fitness format you’ve ever experienced! It is where you go to EVOLVE UNAPOLOGETICALLY, LIVE LOUDLY & DANCE RUTHLESSLY! These workouts are more than a sweat sesh, they’re therapy, an escape, empowerment at its finest. The goal is to embrace the sexy, bold badass that you are, get out of your comfort zone, push your intensity, shake your booty, and transform not only your body, but your life!

 Masters

Designed for our members born before 1960. If you’ve been out of the fitness game for a while or need to get back to a functional state, this group class is for you. Focusing on safety, proper body mechanics, functional movement, and living an active life. Heart rate monitor recommended.

  • 2 Training days a week
  • 30-45 minute training sessions

 Private Coaching

If the group training scene isn’t for you, we offer private coaching. Customizable is every way, you tell us what your health and fitness goals are and we’ll provide the framework, program and motivation to get you there!

 Remote Coaching

A great option if you don’t live in the Central Valley but still want to train with one of our coaches. Fully customizable Private Coaching delivered to you wherever you are! (internet and video required).
