 Strength & Conditioning

Done in a group setting, participants are exposed to a wide variety of movements with a focus on proper body mechanics. Initially we focus on movement quality rather than intensity, but… the workouts are not just for beginners. Like all of our classes, these workouts can be scaled or ramped up to meet any fitness level. Every day presents a new challenging combination of barbell, dumbbell, kettlebell, gymnastics, and cardio movements guaranteed to push your fitness to the next level – resulting in a stronger, faster, and leaner you!

 Kettlebells with KT

Open to All FITNESS LEVELS and is a kettlebell conditioning based workout. All workouts can be tailored from beginner level to advanced kettlebell movements. Workout will also include body-weight, barbell, and circuit training skills. We strongly emphasize proper technique and skill

 Vinyasa Yoga

This is a very popular and more modern type of yoga. This style of yoga is a flowing, dynamic yoga practice that cultivates presence by connecting movement with breath. Most classes feature several elements of traditional Ashtanga yoga— vigorous sun salutations, standing poses, preparation for arm balances & backbends. All while focusing on a gaze point guided by a steady breath. Vinyasa is excellent for students who find that sweating and movement helps create a state of physical exertion and mental concentration leading to deep relaxation and steadiness after class. The class offers many progressions, tailoring to all levels. By taking this class you will gain strength, flexibility, mobility, and balance in the body as well as a peaceful state of mind.
